By enrolling in a subscription plan, paying a listing setup fee, or otherwise submitting your business for inclusion on our platform, you (hereinafter referred to as the “Subscriber,” “Vendor,” or “Business”) acknowledge, accept, and consent to abide by the terms and procedures outlined herein.
Subscription Plans
At BulkTrailerParts.com, we believe in providing straightforward, transparent, and tiered subscription options that empower businesses of all sizes to gain visibility in the competitive trailer parts industry. Whether you’re a solo entrepreneur selling parts from your garage or a brick-and-mortar location without an online presence, our platform is designed to give you the digital presence you needāwithout the stress of maintaining a full-blown eCommerce store.

- Semi-Annual Plan ā $120 every 6 months ($20/month equivalent), billed every 180 days. Our best-value plan, this tier is perfect for businesses committed to long-term growth and interested in maximizing savings while maintaining a consistent presence on the site.

Important Note: In addition to the subscription fee, all new listings are subject to a mandatory, non-refundable setup fee of $50. This one-time fee supports the manual creation, formatting, visual curation, and keyword optimization of your listing, ensuring it performs well in search engines and aligns with our siteās standards.
One-Time Setup Fee
The $50 setup fee is more than just an administrative costāit is a critical investment in the quality and success of your listing. Our editorial and SEO teams manually review and construct each listing to ensure your business is presented in the most effective way possible.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Curating and formatting your submitted information
- Optimizing for search visibility using relevant keywords
- Ensuring proper image sizing and aesthetic cohesion
- Structuring contact and service information for clarity and user trust
- Internal linking for related category exposure
This fee also helps preserve the integrity of our directory as a whole, allowing us to maintain a high standard across every published listing. Since it covers a one-time professional service, this fee is non-refundable under all circumstances, including subscription cancellation or changes in business operations.
Monthly Update Requests
To balance the needs of our SEO strategy with your desire to keep information current, we offer a controlled update mechanism. Every active vendor is allowed one content update per month. Updates may include:
- New business hours
- Changes to phone numbers, emails, or locations
- Addition or replacement of business photos
- Featured product or service announcements
- Seasonal or promotional messaging
Requests must be submitted via our designated support channel and may take up to 5 business days to process. All submissions are subject to review and moderation. We reserve the right to modify, reword, or decline any content that violates our editorial standards, undermines SEO performance, or introduces formatting issues.
Billing and Auto-Renewal
We operate on a prepaid, auto-renewal billing model. This means that at the end of each billing cycleāwhether monthly, quarterly, or semi-annuallyāyour chosen payment method will be automatically charged for the next cycle unless a cancellation request has been properly submitted prior to the renewal date.
Subscribers are responsible for ensuring that their billing information is accurate and up to date. Failure to process payment may result in a suspension of services, temporary removal of the listing, or eventual deletion of the listing from public view.
You will not receive advance notice of a recurring charge unless required by law, so we recommend setting calendar reminders if you are managing a business on a fixed budget.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that business needs change, and we support your right to discontinue your subscription at any time. To cancel your subscription, you must submit a written request within 7 business days prior to your subscription renewal date. Please send the request to:

- Your business name as it appears on the listing
- Your registered email address used during signup
- A brief statement of your intent to cancel
Once we receive your email, your subscription will be set to expire at the end of your current billing cycle. Your listing will remain live until that date, at which point it will be unpublished and removed from public access.
Please note that cancellation requests submitted through social media, chat, or other channels will not be accepted.
Refund Policy
We maintain a strict refund policy to support fairness and resource management across our platform.
- Setup Fee: The one-time $50 setup fee is non-refundable under any and all circumstances.
- 3-Business-Day Grace Period: If you subscribe to a plan and change your mind, you may cancel your subscription within 3 business days of initial purchase to receive a refund of your subscription fee only. Your cancellation request must be received via email within this time frame. Refunds are processed using your original payment method and may take 5ā10 business days to reflect.
- Beyond 3 Days: Once the 3-business-day window has passed, all subscription payments become final and non-refundable, regardless of usage, business outcome, or listing status.

Modifications to Plans or Pricing
BulkTrailerParts.com reserves the right to revise, restructure, or eliminate any aspect of our subscription plans, pricing tiers, or services at any time and for any reason. While we aim to provide clear communication in advance of any major changes, we are under no obligation to maintain historical pricing or plan features.
If modifications affect your existing plan or future billing, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email. Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
